Shipping Information

Shipments are carried out by third parties appointed by Contrariabijoux

They undertake to deliver the purchased goods to the address provided during the purchase process and called "delivery/shipping address".

The buyer is responsible for any errors in filling out the form that may result in delays, failed deliveries, or returns to sender.

National shipments are provided with tracking, which is provided at the time of shipment by contrariabijoux; it is possible to monitor National shipments by entering the shipping code on the website: www.poste.it by filling in the "shipment search" section

Shipments destined for European Union countries will be managed and tracked by Poste Italiane up to the Italian border; beyond the border the shipment will be entrusted to the post office of the destination country which will take care of the delivery of the goods. The timing varies depending on the destination country.

Shipments destined outside the European Union will be managed by Fedex or UPS depending on the type of shipment chosen by the customer. Shipments will be provided with tracking that can be verified via the shipping code on the website www.Fedex.com / www.ups.com

National Shipping

The shipment called Express is carried out by Sda courier within 1/2 days from the date of shipment excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Any delays in delivery are not attributable to Contrariabijoux

The shipment called Standard is carried out by Poste within 3/5 days from the date of shipment excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Any delays in delivery are not attributable to Contrariabijoux

Sda and Poste, in the event of failed delivery due to the recipient's absence, will make a new delivery attempt on the next working day. If delivery cannot take place again due to the recipient's absence, the package will be stored at the Sda center closest to the address provided (in the case of Sda) or at the post office closest to the address provided (in the case of Poste). The package will remain in storage for a maximum of 10 days. After this period, if the recipient has not collected it, the package will be returned to the sender.

Poste will apply costs for returning the goods to the sender which will be considered the responsibility of the recipient

In the event that the failed delivery of the package is due to an incorrect address, if not corrected within 3 days from the date of attempted delivery, the package will be returned to the sender. Poste will apply storage costs of the package and return costs to the sender which will be considered to be borne by the recipient.

If any Return costs for non-delivery and Return for incorrect address are not paid, the product cannot be returned to the buyer.

It is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the tracking of the shipment to ensure that there are no obstacles to the delivery of the product.
