Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless you receive an item that does not correspond to the one ordered.
To return the purchased item, proceed as follows:
- the customer proceeds with the return request
- the customer receives a "return confirmation accepted" email from us
- the customer prepares the jewel in the original packaging
- the customer will take care of returning the jewel at his own expense to:

There are some situations where refunds are not granted:
- obvious signs of use
- non-original product conditions, damage or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- items that have been made to measure and personalized according to the customer's requests (not for resale), unless there are obvious manufacturing defects
-any errors in communicating the size of the jewel will not result in the refund of the amount paid at the time of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of time.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with shipping costs paid by the customer.
To return the product, you must ship it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
